THE MARTINDALE

This beautiful 18 unit Art Deco resort is located just 300 feet (90 meters) from the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach and Boardwalk.
THE SEASIDE
The Seaside Motel is a quaint 22 Unit motel located in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Conveniently located near Restaurants, Bars, ample shopping opportunities and South Florida attractions. With it’s affordable rates the Seaside is the perfect spot for your next Florida vacation.
SANDY SHORES
The Sandy Shores Motel is a cozy original Fort Lauderdale property nestled on a private gated courtyard in the very heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida. Only 300 ft from the beach his secluded oasis offers a 28 foot heated swimming pool surrounded by chaise lounges for sunning, tables with umbrellas, gas grill BBQ area and tropical foliage.
THE SEVILLE
The Seville Motel is conveniently located between Sunrise and Las Olas Boulevard. Enjoy breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean which lies just 100 yards to the east or catch the water taxi just 200 yards west of the Seville for a fun filled day sightseeing along Fort Lauderdale’s famous Intracoastal Waterway.
